Claire's First PhotoShoot

Claire was 12 days old in these photos and pretty much slept through the whole thing but she sure does look adorable!!!

This was just after Claire was blessed! It was such a wonderful day! The dress she is wearing is the one that I was blessed in too! 

Even though I don't look awesome in this picture I just love the quote!!! It is so true!!!

The quilt in these next photos was made by Claire's Great Grandma back when I was still young! It is such a special gift! 

2 Years Later...

I am only a few weeks late but Eric and I have been married for 2 years on the 30th of July. To celebrate we went for a little hike up in the mountains, needless to say I am a little out of shape so we didn't complete the whole hike but I think that I did pretty well having only had Claire a month earlier! Once we were done with our hike we had a little picnic at the trailhead (were really fancy and had PB&J sandwiches). 

Eric carried Claire and she slept the whole time! 

After our hike and picnic we decided to go to a pottery painting store called Color me Mine at the Riverwoods in Provo. We couldn't decide what to paint so we settled for a spoon holder for the stove! Haha real fancy! To our surprise we finished painting it in less than 10 mins! It was very small! 

Cute huh? It is a pear green to match our KitchenAid! 

After our spoon rest was finished we went to share a couple of sushi rolls that we had a 2 for 1 coupon to get! They were delicious! Once we ate our rolls we headed off to go see Red 2! It was great! Funny and action packed just like the first! Overall we had a very nice anniversary and Claire was great the whole day....as usual! 

Claire is 1 Month Old!!!

Last Wednesday was Claire's 1 month birthday! I cannot believe that it has been over a month since she blessed our lives! I was so excited for her to be born and when she finally got here I was in for a real surprise because I loved her so much more than I ever thought I could! She is such a joy and makes me and Eric laugh everyday with her funny faces and sweet spirit!

Here are a few pictures of her on the morning of her 1 month birthday! She has grown so much already! If anyone was wondering we refer to her as "The Cuteness!"

My Birthday

My birthday was on the 19th. We had such a fun day! First Eric took me shopping to get some new clothes since I am still in that awkward phase where my maternity clothes don't fit and my normal clothes are too small. Anyway, after that we went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch (My favorite restaurant)! It was delicious! By that time Claire was pretty tired and ready for a break so we went home and just relaxed for the afternoon. Later that night we went with a small group of friends to get some sushi (my other favorite meal)! I had the best day especially because I got to spend it with my sweet husband and my beautiful baby girl! Unfortunately we did not take many pictures but here are a few from the day!

Claire's Baby Blessing

On July 6, we blessed Claire at our church building in Springville. It was a beautiful day and we were fortunate enough to have a lot of family come to town! Claire was blessed by Eric at 11am and it was a beautiful blessing. We then had lunch and family got the chance to hold Claire. I know that there are a lot of people who probably have better photos of the blessing and if you email them to me then I can post them on here as well. These are the few that I have!
